I have a condition that I think is an outside the body yeast infection. It shows up in the crack of my leg and my pubic area. It also shows up under my fat roll that is a roll of fat that folds over the abdominal area. It starts with getting red and when I wash it, it stings. I've been putting baby powder with baking soda on it 3 or 4 times a day. It has helped and the infection went away. Now for the first time, it is bleeding. It doesn't itch, but it causes me a great deal of discomfort. I was told by my best friend not to use anti-bacterial cream, just the powder, but now it isn't working as before. If it doesn't clear up in a week, I guess I will have to see my doctor. It doesn't go into my vagina, where I used to get yeast infections all the time when I was younger.

I have recurrent skin yeast, over and over. I shower once a week, and sink bath between. I dry thoroughly then sit under a fan for an hour to be sure. I cannot swim in summer. I avoid anything that will make me sweat. It is interfering with my life. Creams don't work. So far, six Diflucan work, but it is getting more and more resistant. I have it 12 to 15 times a year. It can start the size of a dime, and in two days it's spread 8 inches in all directions; with medicine. This last time I got cellulitis after having it. I have been tested, over and over, for diabetes; my blood sugar is fine. I do not have HIV or AIDS. But it sure seems like something is going on with my immune system. My primary doctor says, if I have a problem, to call and he'll send out some pills. I don't want pills! I want to find out why this keeps happening and stop it. I am going to an infectious disease doctor and see if he can help. This is no way to live.

My yeast infection skin rashes are always under my breasts and in my groin area. I had it for about 6 months last year, I have a weakened immune system. I tried prescriptions and OTC creams. Finally I read about calendula cream, coconut oil and tea tree oil. Within 2 weeks it was almost gone! Layer 1, apply coconut oil on dry, clean skin with fingers. Layer 2, apply tea tree oil. Layer 3 apply calendula cream, this really works! Even on diaper rash! It does not hurt or burn either!

I contracted thrush from my inhaler in 2015. I am now diagnosed with candida albicans and it is gross. I feel sick all the time. I'm 59. I need help.
