It has been 3 months and my yeast infection is not going away. My main symptom is burning sensation all over my genital area. I have been tested (Pap smear and swab) and both indicated candidiasis albicans. I have been on 4 different treatments now, all had suppository cream and Diflucan but I am still feeling the burning. My symptoms are not going away and I am really stressed and worried about it. Wonder if anyone else experienced the same, burning that was not going away.

At first I noticed a slight itching and burning in my vaginal area from yeast infection. The opening and inside looked white, as if sitting in water for a longtime. The itching and burning dissipated if kept dry and air flow was allowed. Over time the itching and burning got immensely worse! Keeping it dry with air flow still helped lessen itch, but didn't go away. Vaginal area got bright red, sore to touch or sit down and had white, thick discharge. That discharge later turned into a cottage cheese consistency and my vagina stunk!

I had a smelly brownish sometimes a bloody discharge and an itchy vagina so I went to see a doctor. The doctor gave me some vaginal cream and some pills to use for 6 days. I followed the instructions and my yeast infection was gone. The thing is, the smelly discharge is back now and I really don't know whether the problem is with me or my partner.

I had yeast infection and went to the pharmacy. They gave me A-Por vaginal cream. I bled immediately the following day after using it. Now I am worried, every time when l have sex with my husband l bleed regardless of whether l have been on my periods for the past two days. The problem is persisting and it is very disappointing.

I think my asthma medicines are causing yeast infection and this also may be causing problems with my finger nails.

I noticed I had a foul-looking discharge and thought it was maybe caused by pantyliners and stopped wearing them but the problem persisted. My doctor then gave me A-POR vaginal cream, metazol and fluconazole capsules and I'm happy to say they've worked!

My yeast infection came with a very foul smell and yellow like discharge. I also found myself wanting to urinate a lot. I just started my medication. It's a capsule. I have to take one now and take the other next week.

I've noticed a thick milky discharge that after some days turned into milky cottage cheesy looking discharge. It would itch as athletes feet does and upon constant rubbing (which is not recommended) to try and relieve the itching, a burning sensation would soon follow. Along with the burning sensation would come open skin caused by the rubbing. It was very painful when urinating/during intercourse.

When I had vaginal candidiasis, I experienced initially, tiny rashes, burning itching, smelling discharge and cracking of vulva. My private part was very painful that I found it difficult to insert tablets when I started treatment.
