I have a urinary tract infection last few days and the doctor give me a cefuroxime axetil. I tried to research about the infection and the medicine that should be taken and I found out that the medicine I take is not in the list.

I have had success by taking the antibiotic Augmentin to treat a UTI. I've found that I have more UTI infections now that I've reached menopause.
