I have a WBC in urinalysis of 61-65/HPF. I wonder if it means I have a kidney problem.

My urinalysis test results are microalbumin, UR, QN detection limit 20 mg/l and 120.0 mg/l, creatinine 51.3, urine 299.6, microalbumin/creatinine 29.9 mcg/mg and creatinine 17.1.

I had an urinalysis done regarding my prescription drugs. Think they switched my urine or that there was some kind of mix up. The one drug that I take three times daily that did not show up anywhere. Morphine, which I do not take, came up and in huge amounts. I do not understand.
