Well, I had an episode about ten years ago thinking I was having a heart attack but it turned out my triglyceride level was at 1800. I was given numerous shots in the stomach until it was brought down to 450. I was given Tricor and I began a workout routine, I became a body builder and started eating healthy. Soon I no longer needed medicines. I kept this going for about 10 years, as I got older I began to slow down enjoying food and life. I know my triglycerides have climbed to 1100, my doctors have me on gemfibrozil but it has its side effects. So back to exercise and healthy eating.
