I've had tinnitus for over 30 years, although I found out recently what I have is pulsatile tinnitus. I hear my heartbeat as a rushing sound in both ears. There is no cure. You have to learn to live with it. I have Indian music on at night and fall asleep very quickly. But remember there is no cure.

I don't have tinnitus in my ears. It is not a ringing, buzzing sound, more of a humming sound or some kind of sound. I can still hear very well, I do wear ear plugs when I'm at home to block noises outside. I do clean my ears on a regular basis. I may have to buy ear drops.

I have been living with tinnitus from 2012 to date, no treatment has been effective.
