I'll be 36 in a couple days and throughout the years I've had pain and swelling in my right testicle. Last week it swelled up so big I couldn't hold one of them in my hand, that's how big it got. The testicular pain was so bad some of the time it would drop me to my knees and bring tears to my eyes. The next week, which is now, the left one is doing the same thing. I go to the doctor in the morning. I also have discharge once in a while.

My son was shot in the stomach by 3 random criminals while walking through a public park, two years ago on October 27th. The bullet pierced his small intestines twice before lodging in his left hip. He had a colostomy bag with pain in the left lower abdomen, left testicle, and his left leg down his thigh. About a year later he got a reversal and had a bad infection right before leaving the hospital. Now he has gotten way worse and the pain in his testicle is unbearable. No one has treated him with antibiotics or antibacterial and we are at the end of our rope.

I have been suffering right side testicular pain. It first started in 2010. I had visited the hospital. In examination of color Doppler (USG) of testis there was no problem. The report was normal. They advised not to ride motor cycle with two riders. Since then there was no problem till February 2016. But now the pain has returned. I have visited a surgeon, and he has given me only light dose pain killer. He examined physically and told me that there is no swelling or any other problem. The eosinophil, cholesterol, urine culture, and sugar reports are normal. But sometime the pain is going on basically at night.

I'm of age 28 and got my testes hit by an iron rod at the age of 14. Now my testicles and penis are not in proper size, semen is so diluted and testis nerves are painful. I wonder if testicular pain can be cured without surgery and sperm count increased.

In mid-2015, I noticed a terrible change in my testicles. My scrotum would fold itself and it was accompanied by a penile discharge.
