I have tennis elbow likely from work related activities. I tried everything (exercises, Egoscue (worked well for hip tendonitis but not elbow), ice/rest, steroid shot, arm brace/compression) and nothing worked well. I have started neuromuscular therapy (a kind of intense focused massage geared to break up fascia and soften tight muscles) focused on my shoulder and forearm mainly. I have done 3 sessions and have about a 50 percent improvement. I am very happy and will continue.

I have stopped playing tennis or excessively using my arm. I also ice and heat my elbow daily, and take Aleve or ibuprofen.
