My husband has testicular swelling. We have a child, almost turn 7 years. But the problem is my husband's testicle which went swelling, it happens on and off. He have already been through this for 3 to 4 years. We still can’t find a solution even through the doctors. It suddenly happens, lasts for a week, and then the swelling will reduce by itself. After 1 month it will start to swell again. It is very painful up to the waist, and he also had a little bit semen during urination, twice but painless.

The testicular swelling looks as though it is a cyst, and we don't think it is from having sex.
