Limiting my movement helped with pain from the stress fracture, as even normal daily activities may be aggravating in the first couple of weeks. Additionally, having the support of family to help me buy and prepare food, necessities, pick up medication from pharmacy was helpful in limiting movement that helped a lot with pain management and healing. Also I was resting as much as possible.
