Comment from: Sharma, 25-34 Female (Patient) Published: September 03

I got paraplegia in my lower limbs. I am 32 years old, and doctors prescribed me steroids (methylprednisolone) for 7 months. Now I have started walking, going about all my routine work, but I am still having severe back pain and my weight has increased too. I also have enlargement in the breasts as mentioned above in side effects. I want to lose weight now.

I get regular epidural steroid injections for back pain and also neck and shoulder pain. I am experiencing more than usual hair loss and hair thinning.
