I was cleaning my stove and scrubbing heavy. The repetitive motion of scrubbing has my entire arm sore; inner and outer elbow, triceps, underneath the arm, and I notice the top of my shoulders and shoulder blades are extremely tender. My elbow has been sore before from refinishing furniture, but nothing like this.
