I got a puncture wound when I fell and stabbed my hand at work on a nail that wasn't nailed all the way in. When I pulled my hand up I pulled out some meat from my palm and now it's just there. I was wandering if it would go back in if I just wrapped it up or if it is something serious.
I was prying up wood planks on the old deck and the sharp pointed end of splintered wood stabbed into my ankle area. No blood but the puncture wound is very painful.
