I tore my hamstrings (back of my left thigh and butt) 2 weeks ago while splitting. I don't feel any pain while walking, running or dancing hard, I don't notice any bruise nor swelling either. Pain only bothers me when I stretch my leg. It is pretty frustrating for me since I have to stretch to get flexibility but clearly I cannot at the moment. I do RICE protocol but I haven't felt any better. I hope my hamstring would be healed soon.

I had the hamstring injury last seek. I am treating the injury with Aleve, and using a walker.

I tore my hamstring on January 8th of this year. I was in so much pain I had to be taken to the emergency room in a rescue squad. I'm still recovering. I am on less pain medication but I know when there will be a change in the weather.

My pain began in my left ankle. It has since moved up the back of my leg. I am wondering if this could be a pulled hamstring issue. This has occurred over the past 3 weeks. Medical assistance is not available at this time.

I love gardening and somehow I pulled my hamstring. I didn’t know what it was because I had terrible pain bending my leg backwards. After two weeks of pain I finally went to my chiropractor. He told me right away I had pulled my hamstring. So he is working with me. I see him Friday for the second time, let’s see how long it takes to get better.
