My nerve pain comes from having a spinal attack from an autoimmune response. It is most of the time just buzzing in the feet, and ring and pinky section of my hand. Other times it feels like someone stabbing at my feet with a small knife!

I feel symptoms while driving my car. My left foot is kind of pulsing and feels like it does when you sleep on your hand and you wake up with it feeling numb. Most of the time, I only feel the symptoms when I drive though.
