I am prone to motion sickness. I get dizzy, sweaty, nauseous, and I throw up. On long car trips, I take Dramamine, as I vomit on long trips. When I was younger, even on short trips, my parents would have to stop so I could throw up. I still bring extra clothes and plastic bags on long trips, and if we stop to eat, I eat lightly. I also can't sleep in a moving vehicle as it causes nausea and dizziness, and I have vomited in the car due to this, mostly when I was younger, but it still happens.

I was sitting behind when my driver was on the wheels, we were on a top speed when my driver came to a final halt due to the traffic ahead. Suddenly, I started to feel drowsy after he came to a final halt, and was also feeling the vomiting sensation. But when I got home I had a lot of sleep and the next day I was healthy and felt the experience no longer. Lesson learnt. Get a whole lot of sleep; because I barely sleep.
