Many years ago I found Librax to help with the irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) pain, but now I keep Bentyl on hand and it will ease the pain too, although it is not as strong as Librax. To live without one of them is simply, not to live.

The medication I have been taking for irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) is Zenwise Health's digestive enzymes. It is 100 percent plant based, so it doesn't have any chemicals which cause constipation.
