My mom experienced the same hypothermia symptoms a few days ago during a rainy cold weather. She took a half-bath before going to bed and in just a few minutes, she was already shivering. My daddy was massaging her feet while I was massaging her hands. She said she felt cold, her whole body was numb, she couldn’t control the shivering, and had difficulty in breathing. I immediately grabbed a bowl with hot water and towel and wiped through her arms. We also gave her warm water. After an hour, she felt a bit okay.
