Too many articles already start with the premise that you needed to go to the hospital, when often you shouldn't go through that. In the emergency room, if they discover you have a physical problem that explains why you were crying (in pain), then they should not send you to a ward, just because your own doctor makes a lot of money by having you committed. Please write more about wrong diagnosis, especially when you were not evaluated entire stay, nor told why there, a NYS law.
