I have been diagnosed as a chronic hepatitis B virus patient for over 20 years. I had to take Hepsera 10 mg a tablet a day in addition to periodic liver function tests (LFT), annual ultrasound and a few times earlier viral load DNA count. Last year 2017 December because my LFT (ALT and AST) had been rather low towards normal values my medication Hepsera was stopped. Now I just test LFT every 6 months to monitor my condition. Hope that it will remain dormant without the medication.

I contracted hepatitis B, and since 2013 I have treated it, but now it's still disturbing me. My legs pain, also my waist and stomach, and I get wounds in the mouth occasionally.

I developed hep b as from shared needle. I recovered in a few weeks. I received no treatment from my doctor. I was infected in 1978.
