I have been working out in a sport gym for 1.5 years, taking heavy weight exercises (moderately). Then one night I had a severe diarrhea and finally first time in my life I got a hemorrhoid with clot and bleeding. I am not sure if the reason of it was both (gym and diarrhea) or just because of diarrhea and I can continue my training. I'm 22 years old with no chronic pathologies.
