I struggled with enlarged breasts for a few years. I even had cousins with the same issue go on with life and have their situation clear up earlier than mine. A whole decade to be exact. Anyway I gave up all soy and that seemed to do the trick. Hope it works.

I developed male breast about 2 years ago and have had doctors look at them, but all they say is I have gynecomastia and that for a full examination I need to see a plastic surgeon. At my age I don't care to go under the knife so I am going to have to live with it, but I am only a small b cup though I don't know what I can expect.
