I have frozen shoulder at moment, very painful, sometimes more painful at rest as it aches. As for sudden movement, it brings me to my knees. I am using ice, heat, and a few exercises that don't cause pain. I am very frustrated, I cannot do anything. I think mine started with stress, or repetitive movements at work.

May be associated with pain! May resolve with painless but limited range of motion! That is a joke. Frozen shoulder is one of the most painful diseases you can get. It isn't for wussies, and it takes a year to resolve.
