Several of my toes are turning blue and on the bottom it looks and feels like blisters, and is painful to the touch.

My heel hurts severely when I put my weight on it. I woke up that way one morning and it’s been that way for a week now. It doesn’t hurt to touch, there is no swelling and no bruising. But the pain on my heel when I stand on it is excruciating. And for no reason. However if I try to just keep pressure on it, it will eventually subside just enough to get through the day. I have no known injury to my foot.
