Flatulence (Gas)

Question:

What foods have you found cause you to suffer from excessive gas? Submit Your Comment

Comment from: ali, 55-64 Male (Patient) Published: December 19

I pass gas sometimes every 5 minutes when I eat any type of sugar and dairy products as well as fruits. The only way to reduce that is to stop eating any type of these products, and this is not easy as these products cover 80 percent of anyone's diet. I am 64 and had that problem all my life. Fasting for long periods of time might be a solution.
