My cataract surgery triggered severe dry eyes. Two months later, I still have severe ulcers on both eyes which is impacting my vision and my ability to work a full day. I have tried 2 different types of antibiotic drops, wearing bandage contact lens for 10 days and 10 nights (that masked the pain) and am now one week into using eye drops made from stem cells. I do have Hashimoto's disease and wonder if I have Sjogren's disease as well. I am so tired of having sore, tired eyes with poor fluctuating vision.
