I have been type 2 diabetic for a few years now. Most recently I have been experiencing some numbness in my left foot, it comes and goes, mostly in my toes. After the numbness I do get some stiffening in the center of my foot, right behind my toes; again it comes and goes. I monitor my sugar daily and not sure if there is anything that I can do. I had been to the foot doctor earlier this year, however at that time I wasn't having any problems. I called the foot doctor and they told me if it persists to make an appointment or talk to my regular doctor. I think I am going to make an appointment and see what is up as it is a bit aggravating.
