I don't have much will power and indulge in a pretty lousy diet (too much sugar, especially in liquids) and have constipation. However, it is a lot less of a problem now I take three or four prunes in a little water, first thing in the morning. The age-old recipe for the old age. But it works. Laxatives OTC were useless.

I am constipated now, I also have anal itching and fissure. When I visited my doctor they advised me to take food with fiber, but I have no relief.
