After a heart attack in 1980, I soon after had another in 1984 followed by a double bypass surgery. After that I had a good report, quit smoking, and walked 3 miles every day. In 2000 I got symptoms of shortness of breath and angina, and since 2001 to 2018 I have had 8 stents and am still kicking. I continue to have congestive heart failure and angina but with medicines it is managed. I will start walking soon. You can live a good life if you keep depression away.
