I had my second routine colonoscopy on December 20, 2017; worst event ever in my life. Colonoscopy 5 years ago was without incident. This time actual colonoscopy was a breeze and results normal. I haven't been able to urinate since and have had a catheter in continuously since December 23rd (one was put in December 21st and taken out December 23rd). When emergency staff were told of my recent colonoscopy they all shook their heads knowingly but no one has given me any helpful information. I am seeing a urologist on Tuesday January 9, 2018 and am scared!
