First symptom of bronchial adenoma for me was pain along the shoulder region from right to left but that could be because I started to get some pneumonia. I was prescribed strong antibiotic therapy (Levaquin 750 mg) 1 per day for 7 days. I had immediate follow up with primary care physician and pulmonary disease specialist. I also experienced some shortness of breath for a week or two before going to the emergency room. When something doesn’t feel right with my body, I go to the doctor pretty soon in whatever event. Early detection is always the best. Good luck!
