I've just had my 5th episode of atrial fibrillation in 4 years, 2 of which resolved spontaneously and 3 required cardioversion. I am on Pradaxa now but have been prescribed Xarelto in the past. After starting Xarelto I developed uncontrollable burping and had to discontinue it.
